It seems to be a requirement that adequate health care can't be too far away from anyone, which sounds completely unworkable for much of the country.
Is that what this means? Is this a new requirement with PPACA? Or have I just not heard of it before? Was it just for Medicare?

She also said a network adequacy requirement for insurers means everyone on ObamaCare will be able to get to a doctor or hospital in their network within 30 minutes on public transportation.
