Healthcare bill has provision for veterinarians , updated with video

I was just watching cspan and the house coverage of the health care bill. One senator asked "Why does the bill include loan forgiveness for veterinarians ? " . Then in a followup another senator said "Veterinarians are in there because have you ever heard of swine flu!" . I truly fear this bills fill content.
