Health Dept Called me with some survey

I hanged up in the morning but they called back said will be calling back until survey completed. Bunch of lame questions about mental health, if I am gay or not. How many women I slept with in past 30days.

rather than wasting money on thise surveys, I would prefer them to stop ticketing blitz by NYPD. Tickets are given for everything, pregnant girl got tired sat on subway stairs got $50 fine and judge didnt dismiss it. Guy got ticket for feeding birds, another one got for falling asleep while come from work on the train
