I just need to be able to use teamspeak or similiar while the gf sleeps next to me while I play.

Plenty of wireless headphones
Plenty of wireless mikes

ALmost no wireless headphones with mikes for gaming use.

Here are the options I found so far
(the usb adapters support a2dp, a requirement for a headset with mic on BT)
