headset/mic recommendation

was wondering if you guys can give me a recommendation for a headset/mic? i guess price range will be roughly around $70 +/- $15.

I've been looking at the Speedlink Medusa 5.1 cans but haven't seen them for sale in North America yet.

I just got a set of these:

Sennheiser PC-150

The mids and highs are very clear, but the bass is somewhat lacking. Of course that's to be expected on most headsets. They are very very comfortable...and the mic sounds pretty darn good. For less than $40 it's a GREAT headset.

I definitely second the PC-150's, but if you want a pretty decent headset at about half that price, the Plantronics Audio .90's haven't let me down yet

What is the headset for? If its gaming then the Sennheisers are good, you can also look into Plantronic's DSP series.

I would get either the Sennheiser PC-150 or the PC155.

I personally love the PC-150 that I recently got, they are excellent!!!

I highly recommend the PC155's if you can afford them, the 150's are also up to par!

yea, its for gaming. thx for the recommendations guys. however, whats the difference between the 150 and the 155?
