Been a member of Mercury for a long time but their CS is supposed to be pretty lame and my insurance rates keep going up by like $10 dollars every 6 months for no reason. So I tried Costco which came out to be 1/5 cheaper and I don't know anything about the insurance service but Costco customer service is usually 2nd to none. They go through ameriprise I think
