Heads up about the Gigabyte P35K

Hey guys - just wanted to give a heads up on this model since there are issues regarding this notebook that I came across. It seems to have some issues with the build quality regarding the plastic material used in the body ( http://forum.notebookreview.com/gigabyte/720395-new-gigabyte-p35k-84.html )

Its a very nice looking notebook that I was doing some research on for a friend... Though when a notebook customizing etailer sends them back it can't be good.

I purchased this about 2 months ago. There are 3 problems I have found, 1 of which is critical for me.
Firstly the fan is so noisy, but I can cope with that.
Secondly, the sound card usually does not work, and you have to restart the machine and pray, but I can cope with that.
The critical issue is the keyboard and it's floating, almost self typing? I have used a keyboard for 30 years, so consider myself fairly competent. Yet with the P35K it randomly changes lines, so text becomes muddled!!!! Half a word will suddenly appear in the text 3 lines above it, making report writing impossible?
I am running Windows 7, with a fully encrypted machine?
Any ideas please?

Steven, I would return it immediately you should not have to cope with any issues. I almost bought one recently but ended up with the Sager in my signature and am very happy with it.
