Headrest DVD players?

I've been shopping for headrest DVD players or maybe just monitors. Thing is most have just horrible reviews.

I got to thinking maybe monitors hook up to something like a NUC (or similar) might be a better idea but even the monitors have generally terrible reviews.

Anybody got an aftermarket setup that is reliable that they like?

I'm pretty sure I got an $80 Sylvania branded one. They strap onto the headreasts rather than mounted inside. I wasn't looking for anything fancy and these fit the bill for not a lot of money.
