Headphones - Seinheiser HD 280's or S-60's?

I am getting a pair of headphones soon. I've narrowed down my choices to these two headphones. The things most important to me are comfort and that outside noise is not a problem (good closed headphones). Thanks for any help!

I got a set of Seinheiser's for Xmas and I love them.Great sound quality and they mold to your ears nicely,great sound and comfy!
