headphones for a laptop

Hey, I just got a Dell latitude and I want a great set of headphones for extended music and movie watching. I have heard that the SR-60/80 is uncomfortable for longer periods but I know that many headphones require too much power for a laptop. Basically need comfort and quality under $100. Thanks

Got a pair of SR60's here and they're just fine for long use... the newer style pads are much better than the old ones. FWIW, you really can't beat the SR60's in the bang for the buck category, they're the best I've heard for $69 hands down. If you need something cheaper, check out the Koss PortaPro's, they also have excellent sound.

Yeah but I was told that they tend to be uncomfortable over longer periods because they rest on top of the ears, or is that just the SR-80s? What about laptop use?

everyone is saying how good the 570 and 580s are, if I can find one of them below say, $75, should I get those? Can the laptop handle the power draw?
