Headphone / speaker solutions, Any?

I have creative lab 7.1 Speakers, and logitech precision head phones as well. I am tired of always going to the back of my computer to switch the headphones to speakers. I have seen the PLantronics Speaker headphone switch, but i can't use my head phone mic, if i switch to speaker.
 
either jump the back connections to the front of your case (if you have jacks at the front of yoru case) or invest in an audio card what comes with a front bay.
 
What I use are extension cables from the back of the unit to the front of my desk. These extension cables have one male end and female on the other. They cost about $3-5 each. Radio Shack has 'em.
