Headlights are YUCK

how do I go about doing this?

1) Wetsand
2) polish

I think there is a plastic polish that works wonders. My 02 Max has issues with dingy headlight housing but I haven't tried to clean them up.

Supposedly toothpaste works very well. Seems like less work than all that wetsanding.

That depends on how crappy your lights are. Mine were horrible. I did the wet sanding thing starting with 600 grit and went to 2000 before using plastic polish. Worked great.

Mine weren't too bad, I just used a clay bar and a couple of coats of regular car wax.

I've tried this on my GF's sentra's headlights. It did alot, but her's were pretty bad. Even after several treatments, I can only say they are "good" now. Maybe the clouding is on the inside surface of the plastic...
