Headlight bulb clip holder

I'm trying to find this part at the local but nothing.

The metal prong that holds a bulb for a H4 lamp. The retaining piece to hold the lamp to the housing, normally held by a Philips screw.

Where can I get one? I made one right now with metal scrap but it doesn't hold it well. I guess the metal clip fell out. My googling skills are weak.

This should be a $5 and under type of deal.

You could try ebay, but even there it's tough to find anything less than a full headlight.
