Heading Down to DC

Flying down to DC Friday morning and running the Marine Corps Marathon on Sunday. We'll be staying in Capitol Hill and a few blocks away from the National Mall. Haven't been to DC in a long time, any recommendations of Museums we need should check out? Will be running by a lot of the historical places/monuments along the course during the race but obviously not the same as taking the time to check things out.

Thanks! I remember the last time I visited, I went to the Air and Space Museum and it was awesome.
