Headaches

Ive been getting headaches aboute everyday now....they are more towards the front of my head and come out of nowhere. Asprin usually doesnt really help them much...ive gotten used to having them...but wanted to know if there was something I could od ot stop them.

I think it's the weather. I got sick all the sudden over the weekend and now have sinus pressure/headaches in the mornings and at night, drives me nuts. Hopefully they go away soon.

(I crack up every time I read the poem in your sig)

in all seriousness...ive been drinking more water recently than ever. Began dieting/exercise but its nothing im not used to so i dont think thats it.

I used to get headaches all the time when I was your age and into my first two years of college, which then progresed into insanely horrible migraine headaches.. hopefully that's not headed your way. Stress?

Its a tumah! I find ibuprofin better than asprin. Do you drink much caffeine?

If it keeps up over a long period of time I think a visit to the Dr. might be a whole lot better than advice from the internet.

Stress? I sure hope not....i have nothing to be stressed about. It COULD be these contacts but i am not sure about that seeing as though Ive been wearing them for a long time...

as far as caffeine goes....no more than any other person. Been cutting down on the pop/soda recently so probably less than normal (it doesnt do anything to me anyways)

you might be on the computer too much.

that said, take some excedrin

honestly...not that much. Possibly 1-2 hrs a day
might be allergies. i have heard that the muggy weather is making allergy sufferers get more headaches.

Well its summer and your body needs a lot more watter then you think, I dont think its a very good idea to take asprin everyday your body is still dehydrated. Also if you drink alcohol beverages make sure you drink even more watter.

Cutting down might be the problem. I had migraines for a period of about 2 weeks when I quit caffeine, my dr. said it was withdraw. I barely even drank caffeine in the first place, and I never thought it did anything to me. Try a pain reliever such as excedrin migraine or bayer back and body that has caffeine in it. That might help.

But how much water are you drinking? And is it evenly spaced throughout the day?

at LEAST 8 glasses a day...and yeah, throughout the day. I also drink plenty of gatorade when I am physically active

Bingo. Cutting down on soda=cutting down on caffeine. I believe you are having withdrawal headaches.

..aspartame(nutrasweet) and it's variants are notorious for headaches and a plethora of other problems..do you consume diet products or drink diet soda??
