Does anyone have the problem with getting headaches after taking a nap during the afternoons? I have this problem a lot and sometimes, I feel dizzy and nauseated. My mom said that it's because during the time that I anp, the sun is beaming and I'm getting couped up in the heat or something like that. I couldn't actually understand what she was saying. Can you help me out?

There are several stages of sleep. If you are a person who can enter a deep sleep during a nap, chances are you are interrupting that deep sleep by awakening to soon, thus causing headaches or drowsiness. Look on the internet, I am sure there is plenty of info that can help you.

Hm, i use to get that too... and it turned out to be the pillow. Don't know why at night it was ok, but in the day for a nap i would get a headache, but i know the first day i changed pillow, that all changed. Strange huh?

But if the sun is directly on you when you nap, that could be it too. Try to sleep under the shade and see if you still have headaches... if you do, then it's not the sun.

Also, i get headaches when a fan is blowing directly on me if i nap... hell, i'll get a headache infront of the computer if a fan is blowing directly on me.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that experiences this.. Well, not glad that you all have to go through the same type of pain, but glad that I know this isn't too unusual. Okay.. I'm not making too much sense, am I?

But thanks.. I'll try out all your advices on pillow changes and such like that. You guys have been a great help and it's very much appreciated. =)
