Well I've been dual booting w/ ME and 2K for awhile now, but I'm currently screwed.
I tried to install PC Anywhere (being the fool that I am, I didn't check into 2K compliance) on my computer and 2K apparently doesn't like it. It hates it. The logon box comes up with some scrambled writing that doesn't make sense, followed by a dialog box to the effect of:
mslogon.exe has caused and error and must be shut down. an error log is being created.
Followed by the immediate reboot of the computer and endless repitition, unless I choose ME.
I hate ME to this point, it freezes up more than 95 ever did for me, but unfortunately I don't have 98SE.
I also tried to reinstall 2K, but it keeps giving me errors, saying files are missing which are critical, so setup is aborted. So basically I'm stuck with a version of 2K which I can't even get to the logon box and a stalled setup.
