Head rest mount bluetooth speakers ?

I google and check amazon, couldn't really find any. Like Im looking for something that clamps to the back of the head reset for back seat. Like one of those pill speakers or something that I can mount so it wont fall all over the car.. Anyone seen them before ? bluetooth so you can stream from anyone's phone.

I use the cars bluetooth for gps so dont want to share that with other people in the car 🙂
