Friday night was the induction ceremony for the class of 2018 at the Basketball Hall of Fame. [...] it was a who’s who of basketball royalty.

Players, coaches, executives, voices, and innovators all gathered for the ceremony, to celebrate some of the most important people in the history of the sport.

One such person who showed up was the man, the myth, the legend: Don Nelson. Nelson, who played for 14 years, and coached for 31 (including 11 seasons with the Warriors) has mostly been in the shadows since retiring in 2010.
