Am going to blow it all on power tools:D

I suppose this means the bitch is headed to the US for a Christmas visit...

I know the whole fiasco surrounding your ex, but is it wise to brag about blowing child support on goodies for yourself in a public forum?

Shouldn't that money be used for your child?

He spent the $1k he would have used on power tools on the kids, now that money's refunded he can do whatever he likes (that's effectively what happened).

The kids got their money, just it had to be taken away from the power tool fund.

Sorry I'd flame you, but I have to go pick her up from her private bassoon lesson, she just called with her cell phone. (She's 14). Guess I should spend more money on her to meet your expectations.

I get a whopping $250/month when she decides to pay, & I was going on a power tool buying spree this afternoon anyway.

I'm still going to have the evil one arrested when she visits, and she wouldn't have paid unless she had an ulterior motive & I suspect it'll be a christmas visit.

I'm sure your kids are well taken care of, but you have to admit, your initial post came out wrong and sounded bad.

Damn, that's cheap $250/month. She's lucky. Have fun shopping.

I had no intentions to flame. Just given how much trouble you've had getting money, I figured it unwise to brag about spending it that way. Just more of a CYA than anything.

If she wanted to play dirty pool she could use those words against you couldn't she?

And yes, I understand the concept of being reimbursed for what he'd already spent on his child(ren).

Is that your ex that lives in Cheltenham?

If so contact GCHQ about a possible terrorist threat at her house, it's right on their doorstep so they would be sure to investigate and should put paid to her Christmas visit ;)

No state I'm aware of demands acounting of child support expendatures, unless there are exceptional circumstances. So "turning it around" won't happen. Family court is a different animal...

Believe it or not one of my friends already suggested something similar.

I'll just let judge Green deal with her. They like to throw in those fines to bulk up the county revenue.
