HDTV TV tuner?

Are there any TV tuner cards that can handle and HDTV signal? I'm not sure what the bandwith on an uncompressed HDTV signal is, probly too high for USB, but a PCI slot should be able to handle it. It would probly take a pritty heafty computer to be able to play it smoothly, but newer CPU's shouldn't have much of a problem. Do any HDTV tuner cards exist or in the works or am I just dreaming?

Hauppage makes a HD compantible WinTV card.

unfortuantely Hauppauge's software for the WinTV-HD is crap at best. There are a few other companies that make HD tuner cards that are pretty decent. I don't remember the names off hand, but over at the AVScience HTPC forum they talk about them.
