Planning on trying to get a Xbox 360 but I don't have a HDTV right now. Would this be a good TV to buy???

Playing an XBOX 360 without an HDTV is like feelin' up your SO with rubber gloves on.

A TV that small won't really do justice to HD material. Keep in mind that since it's 16x9, that 30" screen will be vertically smaller than a 27" TV.

There's nothing wrong with a 30" HDTV. Most people play PC games on screens smaller than that. It just depends on far you are from the screen.

Someone said a 30" TV was too small, so you figure a 20" computer LCD would be "great to use"?

A friend of mine has his Xbox 360 hooked up to an LG 26LX2R 26" HD LCD TV and it looks fantastic, he also uses it as his main living room TV. I guess it depends on the size of the room you plan to use it in, but it's big and clear in his living room.

It will work just fine with a VGA cable. It isn't as great as a large 60" HDTV, but it will be sharp and plenty of screen space for 1 or 2 person playing. Past that and you will probably want a larger screen. The 30" Toshiba is perfectly acceptable as well.

Well it will really only be ME playing the console so size really doesnt matter I guess. What would look better though as far as picture quality??? The Toshiba or the Dell???
