After a few more runs of the short test my CPU jumps around a bit from 0% to 4% and then 7% . Kinda weird with a 0% in there...

This beta is buggy:
First my SATA 120 gig Maxtor:
Burst 1,723.0 NOT A TYPO
Random access 13.7
CPU 0
Avg 48.8

Now my 5 disk SCSI raid array with 128 meg cache:
Burst 61.1
Random access 8.9
CPU 0
Avg 20.3

And I ran long and short and multiple times. I don't believe either results. The Burst on the SATA is impossible, and the SCSI is way too slow on all compared to real performance.

Now I run it under win XP (the other post was Win2k)
First my SATA 120 gig Maxtor:
2k XP
Burst 1,723.0 NOT A TYPO 1944
Random access 13.7 13.4
CPU 0 2
Avg 48.8 48.9

Now my 5 disk SCSI raid array with 128 meg cache:

Burst 61.1 96 (first run, second run was 63)
Random access 8.9 8.0
CPU 0 2
Avg 20.3 43.1

And I ran long and short and multiple times. I don't believe either results. The Burst on the SATA is impossible, and the SCSI is way too slow on all compared to real performance.
Edit: my spaces don't seem to show up....
Really buggy software........
