HDMI port dead ?

When it doesn't output any video! /s

If you have another rig just hook the cable and monitor up to it. If you get video then it's probably burnt out. If you don't have another rig try a xbox, dvd player, cable box or anything with else you might have with hdmi out.
 
Do a driver reinstallation and replace the PSU cables to the graphics card. On the near nonexistent chance they might be the issue.
