HDMI/DVI/PC Audio - Hub/Switch

Hi, a friend recommended these forums to me specifically for an answer to this problem.

I have a Desktop PC with 2 DVI outputs
an Xbox 360 with HDMI output (just got a converter to DVI)
and a laptop with HDMI and DVI output

I have 2 Monitors (Primary is LCD with DVI input, Aux monitor is VGA but that's going straight to the PC always as the desktop but not for video and game purposes)

I have 1 computer speaker system.

I need a switch/hub so that I can run these 3 things into the primary monitor and then into the computer speaker setup.

It really can't be this difficult but I can't seem to find anyone in my town who has the slightest idea of what I mean, even when I draw such lovely diagrams

Heres the diagram

if such a contraption exists how much would it run me and where can I get one? and if it would be easier and added fun I might just make one myself if it's not mega complicated to work with DVI cables.
