I remember, having to use some jumper wires/resistors to make dummy VGA monitor plugs for 9600GSO cards for F@H back in the day with XP.

Sometimes I have to use them if high-res is desired while accessing remotely, but GPUs seem to crunch okay without dummy plugs now.

I can't get my remote Linux box to work without at least one monitor attached. (That's one monitor for one computer that has more than one video card.)
