HDMI connection on 25" LCD

I'm trying to use HDMI cable with my new 25" LCD monitor but I'm having some issues.

When I use DVI cable, everything looks perfect. When I use HDMI cable, I see black bars around the screen. It's like the whole screen just shrunk.

I'm using ATI 4350, Windows 7 Premium, HP 25" full HD monitor LCD. Resolution was set to 1920x1080 (I made sure the resolution was set to 1920x1080 when HDMI cable was used). I'm running the latest Catalyst driver that I downloaded from Ati.

How can I fix this problem?
