SATA II is the same as SATA 3.0 Gb/sec?
Can you tell me what is Native Command Queuing NCQ?
And what HDD you recomend ? I want to do plenty of video editing.
 
there was just an article on anandtech about this, maybe hit the "storage" tab at the top of the page and scroll down a bit and you will see it
