I need to know how many cache does this hard drive have and is it good? I'm in a serious need of a new HDD for my laptop [By tonight so I can prepare for a LAN tomorrow]

I'm sure the drive will work just fine for you. It's going to be a name-brand drive with a different label, perhaps. I wouldn't be afraid. There aren't too many laptop drives that turn 5400 RPM and are 80GB.

I see Hitachi, Toshiba, and Fujitsu all make hard drives matching that type. It could be any of them, but I wouldn't be afraid of any of them either. They all make great, reliable drives.

Funny cause this would be the second time I'll have to replace my Toshiba HDD.
