HDD shows up in device manager, but not accessible?

Combining parts from two computers since I picked up a laptop. Took a 120GB WD HDD out of one desktop running XP and added it into another running XP. Drive shows up in device manager, and it says it is working fine, but it doesn't show up in my computer. Both drives are set to CS, and MB is Asus A7N8X. They are on the same IDE cable, and I just can't get access to the drive even though it appears in the system and in the Bios it autodetects and seems fine. What am I doing wrong?

Has it been formatted?

And they should not be both cable select (if that's what you mean by CS).

One should ideally be master, one slave.

Right-click My Computer, Manage. Select Disk Management on the left-hand side, what do you see there? Did you have the 120Gb drive as a Dynamic Disk?

Thanks, that helped. It was there, but was unallocated, so I just had to format it and now it shows up. Thanks again.
