HDD RMA question: where can i get foam to pack it in?

apparently IBM is very strict about how the drive is to be packaged and won't accept it if it comes in bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts....must be packed in foam. Anyone know where i can find some? I've tried all of the usual suspects such as mailboxes, etc. and the local P.O.
