Just want to know will Seagate come out with 250GB Barracuda 7200.10 version? If yes I will wait for it n when will it likely to come out? Just to know if I need to change any jumper position after buying a SATA II HDD? I am using a ABIT AN8 Ultra btw.

is this hardware default at SATA2 or like Hitachi...need to use the tool to set it?

eh default is SATA only but it's not like Hitachi using software.. there is a jumper at the back of the hardisk like those found in PATA to control master and slave... this one if the jumper is there is sata and remove it is SATA II... but it's so tinyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

What abt the other version like those 7200.9 versions? must i also remove the jumper?

For hitachi hdd, how do i use the software n wat software to enable sata 2?
