when i go to system properties then system restore my sec HDD said it was offline. and i can't get into in. it ask me to reformat the drive.

So you're trying to access it in Windows Explorer and it asks you to format it?

ok i went hdd properties it won't fix the hdd. i been using a program called advanced systemcare. and i can't even do a system restore.

Sometimes (not common), a disc will be offline for whatever reason until a reboot. Give that a try.

If not, and there is data on that drive you wish to keep, you'll probably need to create a BartPE disc and back it up.
