Whenever I try to install a game or transfer any type of data to one of my partitioned drives (D Drive) I get this error message:

Windows - Delayed Write Failed
"Windows was unable to save all the data for "...". The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere."

I have attempted to perform a disk check on the drive, however, it always gets stuck at 0% on the fourth stage. I have also noticed that I can put around 5GB of data on the drive before I start to get the delayed write message. What should I do?

Check cabling. After confirmation cabling is good, replace the drive.
