HDD not detected

I have my main SSD as my primary drive and a hitachi 750 as my storage. My computer will not detect the HDD. Connected to power and has a 6gig data cable connected to it. Am i missing something here? Is there something I need to do in the bios?

youtube helped 🙂

Did you just install the ssd? If so, there is a conflict with the hdd, same drive letter. You need to go to disk mgmt to correct this.

As above. You first need to establish if the drive is even appearing in disk management before you can go any further.
