Where do you plug the hdd Led into on an Asus P4S533 MB? I assume you don't plug it into the hard drive, the only other place that leaves is where I plugged all the other led's into. But there is no listed spot on my ASUS P4S533 for the hdd led, only a spot for the message led and when I plug it into there it doesn't detect hdd activity. Any help would be much appreciated.

It should be a pair of pins labeled as "IDE" and they should be located near the other LED pins, but closer to the IDE sockets. That is a polarized set of pins - LEDs are polarized - and it will only work one way. The Message pins are not it. Check you manual on the line drawing layout page for the mobo and look down in the lower right hand area - use a magnifying glass - you'll find it. :)

The led is working great, I had to flip it once (it was in the wrong way), but now it's working thanks a ton!
