Greetings
Don't ask me why, but I always had the idea that HDD enclosures would be like a docking station: keep it plugged on USB, stick your HD on it and there you go. Once you finish, just pull the HD out.
Then I bought an Ultra enclosure and.... man, if disappointment could kill... by the time I had everything ready, I could have as well opened my case and placed the HD inside.
So, my question: is there any IDE enclosure in the market that would suit the dream description I gave in the first paragraph? I think I saw a Thermaltake somewhere, but it was SATA only.
Thanks a million for any idea you may have.
