HDD Dead?

I have a 60GB WD harddrive. In Partition magic it's coloured yellow (the whole drive) and it's labeled BAD. When I try and format it, it comes up with error 4 and it can't reformat it. What can I do to sort it out, if anything?
 
go here WDC and download data lifeguard. It will fix the drive or give you a code to give to the wdc tech for rma.
