HDD data prefetch in bios? Enable? Disable? No metter?

Hi,

I have an MSI K7DMASTER-L board. In BIOS there is an option "HDD data prefetch". What does this option do? By default it seems to be disabled. Should I enable it? Any performance improvments? What...???

but with "HDD data prefetch enabled" i managed to score an extra 55 points on some SysMark
