HDD board swap compatibility question

I have the following HDD (sticker) specs for my Hitachi Travelstar 5K500.B-320:

Front:
N13508 E182115 T (far upper right)
D33373 HTB TS5SAA500 (B) (smaller font/far upper center)
HDD: 5K500.B-320 (left upper)
HTS545032B9A300 320 (left upper) 5400 RPM (upper right)
Type: TS5SAA320 (left upper)
P/N: 0A74423 (lower left) MLC: DA2831 (lower right)
UPC: 0A74423DA28310P99 (lower left)
UPC S/N: QTJLR62B

Side:
P84 (first row) 306 (second row)

ALL of the specs of the drive I want off fleabay match what I need except for the P/N and MLC.

The P/N and MLC on my drive are: P/N:0A74423 & MLC: DA2831

As I stated, every other reference number is identical including D33373 HTB TS5SAA500 (B) which I assume is the revision number and most important variable (?), after general specs of course. Does anyone know for certain if the other HDD board will still be compatible with mine for a board swap only? If not, what are the essential specs necessary?

Is it your intent to try and remove the IDE from one drive and and replace the one on another drive? (The IDE is the Integrated Drive Electronics pc board)

While it may work with a circuit board swap, it would be much better if everything matches.
In this case, not sure what MLC is, could be date code, or could be something else. You need someone who deals with these things in a recovery house to tell you.
