so i found out the other day that i was runnning low on space on my computer and i was shopping around for a burner anyways on newegg so now i decided i would like to add a hard drive to my computer...

i look at that storage guide in the AT mainpage but the article was sabit dated so iw was hoping ynou guys could tell me whats good.

also im in need of a faster DVD burner as my 3 year old one burns at only 4x =/

edit:

lookin at newegg... i saw
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16827151136 for a burner and
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16822148140 for hdd. the thing im also worried about is my old drive uses an IDE cable... and i dont know if they can coexsit...

one last thing, since this is a shuttle, im taking my floppy drive out to put in a second drive...

is there a USB bootable floppy drive incase i need it for somethings?

For burners I only recommend 2 brands... Plextor and Lite-On. I've probably gone through more burners than a review site, lol.
