How did you run drivercleaner or anything else if you can't see anything on the screen?
Are you getting any beeps when it boots? Have you tried resetting the CMOS?
If you can't actually boot the system, then it could be a ton of things. Pull the memory out, if you don't get a memory error beep, then the mainboard or CPU are toast. If you do get a beep, then try the memory modules one at a time, in each of the slots, to make sure it's not a memory slot problem or a problem with a module. You should also disconnect the hard drive, CDROM and floppy cables, as it is possible for those to interfere with bootup. If that doesn't make any difference, you'll have to try a different video card. You may also need to try a PCI video card to make sure it's not the PCIe slot. You should also try a different power supply, obviously making sure it's one that is rated high enough to handle that system.
If you're not getting the normal after-POST single beep, indicating the BIOS has completely loaded and everything is working, then pull everything out of the system except the mainboard, CPU, and memory (assuming the no-memory test did give you an error). Disconnect all the hard drive cables, floppy, any adapters, USB ports, unplug the keyboard and mouse, all PCI cards. If you don't get a single beep then, even with a different power supply, then the mainboard or CPU have almost certainly failed.
