Stupid question but hate to have to buy and install another Power Supply. I am presently running a 500W PS and 1 - HD7850......I have read that to add another HD7850 that I would really need to install at least a 650 W PS.
Is there any way that I might be able to run 2 of them in Crossfire with my present 500w PS? I doubt it!

You should provide the model of the power supply. You might be able to do it depending on the quality of the unit.

If you are crossfiring with your HD 7850 1GB, you should know that you'll be seriously bottlenecked by the VRAM on that card. In fact, you are with a single card. And you'd also be bottlenecked by your CPU, by the way.

Depends on the PSU you have... Not all of them are created equal.

I have a an OCed 3570k and 2x7870s mining 24/7 (both CPU & GPU) on an EVGA 500B (500W 80+ Bronze) PSU.

So if your PSU is comparable to mine, you should be fine, especially since 7850s have a lower TDP than 7870s.
