HD6950 1GB or 2GB???

From what I can tell, there is a $60 premium on the 2gb cards. I wouldn't pay that much, personally.

What's your budget, OP? If you're going to drop $300+ on a GPU, there may be better options than the 6950.

I wanted to spend about $280 on one card, but I was willing to stretch to $450 if it would get me two HD 6950 1GB cards (AR). After reading all the comments, and viewing a few more benchmarks, I'm probably going to get a single HD 6950 2GB, and wait for the price to drop before I get a matching 2GB card. With any luck, I'll get product that can be flashed to 6970 class cards.

My mobo won't do SLI (without a hack that isn't working as well as it used to), so I'm going to Crossfire whatever I get.
