So I already have 1 6850, want to upgrade for BF4 (and also possible 3D bluray viewing through Projector) I was looking at GTX 760 which will run about $250. Other option is to buy another 6850, used, for around $100.

I searched the internet and found something to compare against on techpowerup.com, below are the links, it looks like as far as pfs goes 6850 is same or better than 760, now I know that it's just one criteria, but what is are the advantages on 760? Memory is one I can think of, I was planning to get 4Gb version but even with 2 6850s its will be total of 2GB. Configuration of the rest of the system is below, PSU is 620watt so I am thinking that it should be enough. What about 3d performance? I believe Nvidia has some kind of built in 3D stuff in them, but will 6850 crossfire suffice in terms of pixel rendering and memory? I have never tried SLI or Crossfire, always wanted to do it, so kinda leaning towards it... Also, can BF4 and 3D bluray software utilize crossfire?

If BF4 is the game you mainly want to upgrade for, the 7950 is a better choice than both of those. This game is heavily optimized for GCN, to the point that the 7950 can outperform the 770 stock vs. stock looking at some sites.

^ What he said, sell the 6850 and either o with the 7950 or why not a 280X? its a bit more expensive but will have a better market value in a year or 2 if you decide to upgrade.

You don't want to use a 1GB card in BF4. Using two 6850s is still 1GB VRAM effective, and it will not run well at even high settings, which the 760 will.

For 1680x1050 and lower 2GB will be fine for a few years but 3GB/4GB is a MUST for 1920x1080 and up.
