hd4870 on asus p5n-e-sli mobo???

hi,
i have asus p5n-e mobo with e6600 cpu and 3gb ram...geforce7300gt....i am thinking of buying HD4870 1GB dark knight edition............

i don't know much abt things, hence i am here.....

so will my motherboard accept the hd4870 card ....????

is my cpu dual core 2.4 and 3 gb ram a good support for that card???

any advice welcome plz...

Yea, It will work just fine... You may be able to overclock your CPU so it can run a bit faster with the GTX 260, but even at stock it will work well.
