HD3200 digital line problem

I recently started using the HDMI port on my GA-MA78GM-S2H instead of an add-on 9600GT, and now I get vertical digital (usually green) lines of blocks on the screen when watching TV or DVD.

I noticed other people have the same or a similar problem with the Gigabyte boards with the HD3200 adapter, so I followed their solutions with no luck. I have updated the video driver and the BIOS to their latest versions, and turned off CnQ.

Are there any other things I should try?

OS is Vista 32
TV is Samsung LN52A630
