HD Wester digital 250gb Acting up HELP PLEASE!!!!

hello everyone, ill give you a resume about my story with my Hard drive. First, i had 2 partitions, one of 200 gb for back ups and another of 50gb one for Windows xp. then i wanted to install Windows crappy vista. and it need it 25gb to install, so i used magic partition 8 and i made up another partition of 30gb from the 200gb one. ok. then i unistalled windows vista and i wanted my 30 gb partition back. so i tried again but it dint work. it start giving me errorss with my files and i lost information. so i did back up the rest and reformated all the drive. i had problems installing Windows. now i got IQRL_better_or_less this problem, i cannot install some programs because it gives me an error like some file missing. i cannot use winrar and unrar big files always something missing. THEN I THOUGHT i should HDD REGENERATOR AND IT DIDNT FIND ANY ERROS, USE SCANDISK NO ERRORS< but still the problem. I USED LOW FORMATING OR WRITE Zeros in the drive, STILL THE PROBLEM..


and i don't know what to do now.

PLEASE ANY HELP OR ADVISE WILL BE WELCOME
