What is a good utility to see that my setup is using Ultra DMA and I cna get a benchmark on my HD.

If you are using Win9x, use HDTach for the benchmark. Google it.....

To see if you are on UDMA, go into Device Manager and check the HDD in Win9x. WinXP, W2K, check the properties on the IDE Controllers.
