HD Radio options?

I was looking to get an HD radio receiver for my apartment but all of them seem to be very expensive stereos or car units. Are there any receivers out there that can be attached by usb or some other method to a computer?
 
I'm not aware of any HD tuners that have USB but you can buy an Insignia or Sangean HD tuner that has an optical output and hook that up to the computer (assuming you have optical input on your pc, which should be doable with a nice soundcard). Are you just looking to record?

Beyond that, perhaps there is some sort of pci based tuner, certainly there are tv tuner cards with fm tuner so maybe there are some around with HD digital tuner. Haven't looked though.
 
Dumb question, but why do you need a receiver for your PC? Most radio stations that broadcast in HD Radio FM also have net streaming, at pretty decent quality as well. No reception issues either!
